Faye Archibald (she/her) is a proud native of Prince Edward Island, Canada, where her natural curiosity and desire to understand the world around her took root at an early age. Always driven by a genuine interest in the "why" behind things, Faye has a remarkable ability to explore new perspectives and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles. This same inquisitive and compassionate nature extends to her work, where she empowers individuals to navigate their own challenges, unlocking potential and helping them discover fresh paths forward. With over 19 years of experience in vocational rehabilitation and disability case management, Faye is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in behavioural activation, conflict management, and return-to-work solutions. She specializes in age-related disabilities, human nature, and behaviour, offering comprehensive support tailored to individuals’ recovery and career transitions.

Faye is a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) and holds certifications in Transferable Skills Analysis (TSA) and Return to Work Disability Management (RTWDM), accredited through the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals. These certifications reflect her commitment to providing expert vocational guidance and support.

She holds a Master of Arts degree, focusing on age-related disabilities, human nature, and behaviour. This advanced academic background equips Faye with a unique, informed perspective on the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities as they navigate vocational rehabilitation and career planning.

In addition to her degrees, Faye has earned several key certifications that broaden her expertise: certificates in Conflict Resolution (Mediation and Negotiation) and Professional Management, as well as certification to facilitate the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP™). She is a certified Practitioner of the Strong Interest Inventory (SII), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, and FIRO-Business, and has received training in administering the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) along with a variety of career planning assessments.

Faye is committed to lifelong learning and regularly participates in continuing education programs, workshops, and seminars, particularly within the mental health and wellness sector. Her ongoing training includes Motivational Interviewing and SPARK Leadership, as well as proficiency in administering aptitude, interest, and achievement assessments.
